Welcome to The Grounded Self!
Now you’ve signed up for The Grounded Self Program, you will gain access to the member-only website. This houses all the magic - the program material, and the resources and tools you need to return to your grounded, calm self. Access to all content will be available after each weekly live session.

A 4-week online journey to regulate your nervous system and return to your calm, grounded self.

Week 1 - RECONNECT
We take the time to understand how the nervous system operates, how your nervous system is currently operating (your baseline) and we learn how to reconnect to, and create safety in the body.

Week 2 - REGULATE
We go deep into learning all the tools and practices to calm and regulate the nervous system. You’ll get access to supporting tools and resources to take home. You’ll start to feel a noticeable difference this week!

WEEK 3 - RESET
This is where lasting transformation begins - we press the reset button! You are guided through a process to identify your individual triggers and patterns that are keeping your nervous system in a closed loop - and we reset them!

WEEK 4 - REINTEGRATE
This week we integrate what we have learnt into an indivualised plan on how you will embody your calm, grounded self in every day life! You are reintegrated and reintroduced to your calm, grounded self.

Navigating nervous system recovery can be overwhelming. If you feel like you need additional 1:1 support during this time, I am available in-person or online.
