Hosted by St Bernard’s Catholic Primary School, Berowra, this event is open to all parents with children attending the school. As part of the event, Soul Dimensions Healing will be instructing a free 30 minute yoga session.

All parents or teachers participating in the yoga session as part of the wellbeing morning for parents must complete the health/waiver form below. Please note any information collected on this form is kept confidential and is securely stored in line with privacy law.
