So many of us are living in a state of stress, moving through life in survival mode—feeling reactive, exhausted, and unable to truly rest and restore ourselves. Not because we’re doing anything wrong…but because our nervous system is overwhelmed and we haven’t learnt the tools and practices to consistently regulate it.
I promise you, your calm, grounded self is there within you and is waiting for you - you just need to learn how to access it.
The Grounded Self is a gentle, supportive online 4-week journey designed to help you:
Reconnect with your body
Calm and regulate your nervous system
Understand your patterns and triggers that are keeping you in ‘fight or flight’
Feel safe, grounded and more in control
Start living from a calm, aligned and grounded state
The Journey
Each week focuses on guiding and supporting you through a specific nervous system recovery outcome and includes:
A live online small-group session (1 hour) led by Jerusha
Simple guided practices
Take-home tools you can use in your daily life
Support and guidance from Jerusha

We take the time to understand how the nervous system operates, how your nervous system is currently operating (your baseline) and learn how to reconnect to the body.

We go deep into learning all the tools and experiencing guided practices to calm and regulate the nervous system. You’ll get lifetime access to all our nervous system supporting tools and guides to take home with you. You’ll start to feel a noticeable difference this week!

This is where lasting transformation begins - we press the reset button! You are guided through a process to identify your individual triggers and patterns that are keeping your nervous system in a closed loop - and we reset them!

This week we integrate what we have learnt into an indivualised plan on how you will embody your calm, grounded self in every day life! You are reintegrated and reintroduced to your calm, grounded self.

The start dates for each program round are listed below. After the start date, the program will continue for 3 more consecutive weeks at the same time.

4 x weekly online group sessions (check program dates)

Ongoing guidance and support from Jerusha throughout the 4 weeks (via email or message)
1 x 30-minute 1:1 session with Jerusha in Week 4 to develop an indivualised plan for you to integrate your grounded self into your daily life
Are you looking for additional 1:1 support?
$392 AUD (optional add on) for 4 × 1:1 sessions with Jerusha either weekly during the 4 week program period, or weekly after the program ends. The 4 sessions can be redeemed for 1:1 online guidance and support and/or 1:1 energy healing sessions or a mix.
