So many of us are living in a state of stress, moving through life in survival mode—feeling reactive, exhausted, and unable to truly rest and restore ourselves. Not because we’re doing anything wrong…but because our nervous system is overwhelmed and we haven’t learnt the tools and practices to consistently regulate it.

I promise you, your calm, grounded self is there within you and is waiting for you - you just need to learn how to access it.

The Grounded Self is a gentle, supportive online 4-week journey designed to help you:

  • Reconnect with your body

  • Calm and regulate your nervous system

  • Understand your patterns and triggers that are keeping you in ‘fight or flight’

  • Feel safe, grounded and more in control

  • Start living from a calm, aligned and grounded state

The Journey

Over 4 weeks, the program follows a simple framework - the 4 Rs (Reconnect, Regulate, Reset, Reintegrate) - to create safety and reconnection in the body, regulate the nervous system out of ‘fight or flight’, identify and reset the loops that keep us in stress mode and develop a plan to reintegrate our calm, grounded self into our daily lives. Each week focuses on guiding and supporting you through a specific nervous system recovery outcome and includes:

  • A live online small-group session (1hr:15min) led by Jerusha

  • Simple guided practices including meditation, breathwork, yoga poses, journaling

  • Take-home tools you can use in your daily life

  • Support and guidance from Jerusha

  • We take the time to understand how the nervous system operates, how your nervous system is currently operating (your baseline) and learn how to reconnect to the body.

  • We go deep into learning all the tools and experiencing guided practices to calm and regulate the nervous system. You’ll get lifetime access to all our nervous system supporting tools and guides to take home with you. You’ll start to feel a noticeable difference this week!

  • This is where lasting transformation begins - we press the reset button! You are guided through a process to identify your individual triggers and patterns that are keeping your nervous system in a closed loop - and we reset them!

  • This week we integrate what we have learnt into an indivualised plan on how you will embody your calm, grounded self in every day life! You are reintegrated and reintroduced to your calm, grounded self.

  • Created Through Lived Experience

    This program has been created through my own journey of moving out of overwhelm, stress and reactivity…

    And into a more calm, grounded and aligned way of being.

Hi, I’m Jerusha.

I’m so glad you’re here. Inspired by my own nervous system recovery journey, I created The Grounded Self to help others like me - busy, overworked and stressed out women - return to their innately calm and grounded self.

By the time I was in my 30s I was a seemingly ‘high functioning’ corporate worker, but I silently suffered from adrenal fatigue, endometriosis, bouts of panic attacks and other symptoms of chronic stress and trauma. I was essentially living in constant overdrive, or what I now know as a dysregulated nervous system operating in ‘fight or flight’ or survival mode.

Over time I transformed my life using yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy healing and deep inner work. I can now happily declare that I am living my best life - one of purpose, alignment and most of all I am living from a calm and grounded state of being - no matter what life throws at me!

I reflected on my healing process and consolidated it down to a 4-step nervous system recovery process - the 4 Rs, the framework that I teach inside The Grounded Self.

What’s included:

  • 4 × weekly small-group online live sessions with Jerusha (check program dates)

  • Training on the 4 Rs nervous system recovery framework

  • Access to online content including nervous system recovery tools and resources

  • Ongoing guidance and support from Jerusha throughout the 4 weeks (via email and message)

  • BONUS (for a limited time only): 1 x 30-minute 1:1 session with Jerusha in Week 4 to develop your individualised plan for you to integrate your grounded self into your daily life

Are you looking for additional 1:1 support?

$392 AUD (optional add on) for 4 × 1:1 sessions with Jerusha either weekly during the 4 week program period, or weekly after the program ends. The 4 sessions can be redeemed for 1:1 online guidance and support and/or 1:1 energy healing sessions or a mix.
